A western Sydney high school required a sound lighting and video system for its multi- purpose stage area. Projectors and screens were required to be discreet and durable for sports to take place in the space while at the same time effective during performing arts concerts. Additional challenges were the lack of adequate power at the stage end of the building.
A new power sub board was installed with extra outdoor power supplies to allow for school fair day requirements. This entailed running new cabling 80 meters from the main distribution board.
Projectors and screens were rigged and installed with bespoke fabricated projector cages and mounting hardware.
Audio prediction software was used to get an even sound level and adequate coverage of the hall.
A new speaker system with bespoke mounting hardware. along with ‘in floor’ stage audio and power patch points, with cover hatches.
An additional lighting truss and intelligent lights were installed to complete the system.
A specifically built equipment desk was constructed to fit into a small storage space and wired in a way to be operational in a plug and play manner.
